When it works*, this app is great

This app definitely keeps me motivated. I like that you get "rewards" for consistent workouts, and that there are a lot of different options for voices to coach you through the workout. I need somebody to yell at me when doing tabata, so this is a good timer :) Also, I love how it keeps track of your heart rate and gives you extra "boosts" when you work harder.

*"When it works" is the operative phrase. In the last week (7 uses), the Watch part of app has crashed 3-5 times -- usually when I'm in the middle of a workout. Most problematically, the workout I was in the middle of never gets saved, meaning I have to start over or to "fake" a workout by leaving the app on in order for my workout to count for the day.
Also -- the heart rate monitor is super glitchy. Probably an error in the Watch itself, but if I'm sweating, it often measures my HR as half of the actual value. Very frustrating.

I tried out the full body workout for free and when I found that useful I decided to pay the monthly subscription or you can also pay a yearly flat price to unlock all the exercises. Wow! There's a lot of them. I love that I can customize it the way I like and I can create my own workouts and label them.

I really like this application. I tried several others that were seven minute apps but this one is the best.

Personally I find this app works best on the iPhone or iPad. If you purchase it for the iPhone you can also use it on the iPad. Just go to the App Store on your iPad and purchase it again but it will tell you that the purchase is free since you already paid for it.

Good Basic Workout

I used this app for a daily 15 minute full body workout for the last 30 days. It's good for beginners or older adults who want to get in some physical activity. I modify for things I don't feel comfortable or strong enough to do yet like planks and Push-ups. I get into a good 15 minutes of aerobic exercise by doing 2 circuits. Not trying for anything other than being more fit at 50.I lost 5 lbs with no dieting. Switched to walking for 30 days but didn't get the push I got from this workout.
