Great full body circuit
Over the list year I have lost over 80lbs. A part of my success has been working out. The 7-minute work out is an amazing circuit for the early work mornings. After a warm-up, I do the 7-min work out 3 times. Perfect length of time, high intensity and all the right muscles engaged. Thank you 7-minute work out!
Great quick workout
Today is the first day I tried this 7 minute workout. I did it twice and I am sweating like crazy. I do a kickboxing class 2-3 times a week and I'm sweating more just from doing this twice! Love it! I'm going to try to do it twice every day!
OK but not much to it
Once my fitbit tells me I'm being lazy each hour, I started using this to move a little bit. Easy to follow with prompts and everything, BUT there's only 2 free routines. Everything else requires an upgrade. Granted it's not much at $2, but still unexpected. Give me a little more for free to prove it's worth it.
