Solid workouts, but a bit misleading
I researched the app, read the reviews, and then purchased it. It was only after purchasing it and opening it that I discovered that it was targeted towards women. While the workouts still mostly hold up (another reviewer was right about the video woman having bad form on some exercises), I am a bit upset that I purchased a post-pregnancy workout when I do not have a uterus.
I highly recommend this app for people like me who have a tough time exercising- the app helps to encourage you and also, there's no reason not to do the workouts. It's only 7 minutes, right? They've got them for different levels and I always feel great after doing them. The only thing I could wish is that it told you how many calories you'd burned in one session, but maybe they don't tell you because the number isn't super high 😅
