Your photos will be smoother, more detailed and overall better looking when posted on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Picasa or any online photo sharing community.
Don’t wait for the uncertain announcement of the next-gen iPhone with better camera. You can have it right now! Take the chance to upgrade your built-in camera in the easiest possible way, for the lowest possible price, and don’t miss the most precious moments in your life that deserve to be taken by camera with the best resolution you can have.
7.0 MPX & 5.0 MPX Modes
Take your pictures in fascinating 7.0 MPX resolution. In pixels, this is 3 180 × 2 385 large picture. Or make your photos in 5.0 MPX resolution (for older devices), which is 2 560 × 1 920 pixels. More than twice the number of pixels taken by the standard built-in iPhone camera. 7.0 MPX & 5.0 MPX resolutions are available both in Quick Shot and in Countdown camera modes.
In some cases you might want to use your native camera resolution. It is available in all camera modes. Therefore you can definitely leave your standard camera app behind and use the 7.0 MPX Camera in every situation, whether you are taking simple photo-notes or for those extraordinary moments in your life.
Zoom on objects afar, or use zoom slider to set the best photo composition. Our zoom is in full resolution, does not crop pictures as other zooms for iPhone do. That's why the quality of zoomed pictures taken by 7.0 MPX Camera is simply outstanding.
There are many precious moments in which you want to be the part of the picture, not just the one behind it. For times like these, use the Timer Mode, set the shutter delay and take your place amongst your friends. This mode is provided with sound signalization, starting three seconds before shutter activation.
Place your iPhone in stable position, choose the Time-Lapse mode and set time gaps between the shots. 7.0 MPX Camera will take the picture after given time automatically, even through a couple of hours. With the set of taken pictures you can easily create your own stop-motion movie. Or blend them together and simulate those amazing long-shutter pictures!
Instant Review & Send
You don’t have to leave the app and go to Camera Roll to see your pictures anymore. Simply choose the Gallery tab and you can check all your photos right in the 7.0 MPX Camera app. Also, feel free to send pictures straight from the app.
Big Button Shutter
It is so easy to capture photos without having to try to tap the tiny camera button. Simply tap anywhere in the screen to take picture. You will not miss any of the candid shots and you will be able to take the pictures of yourself without setting the right finger position.
You can take several standard pictures and they will be saved in the background. You don’t have to wait for next shot until the previous one is saved – saving queue will manage all of them easily.
Please note that due to physical limitations of the iPhone screen, you might not be able to see the difference between standard and 7.0 MPX photos on your iPhone. Images displayed on your iPhone or sent via e-mail are not in full resolution. The difference can be seen after syncing your photos to your computer.

Used this on my 3GS, works well, but...
I kept having problems with it freezing if I took pictures too quickly in Zoom mode. I now have an iPhone 4, and tried this app at night. Very annoying that it doesn't have a way to turn the LED flash function off if you want to take a night shot of the Moon or something. Also, no up-pixel boost for the face camera or a way to switch to it. May just have to limit the use of this app to daylight unless these issues are addressed. Was 4 stars on my older phone, but with what it lacks for the newer model, only 2 at best.
All my friends are jealous because of this good app; I'm the one laughing now!!! Just sync, and Tah-Dah!! it won't look like there is a difference because 1. The iPhone screen is not that big 2. The computer screen is more "high-quality". But, it needs:
1. Retina Display (*used*)
2. Tap to focus
4. Waterproof(add names to it)
5. 3 MegaPixel(For iPod 4, iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G)
6. Filters(Contrast, Sharpness, Flash, etc.)
8. 14 MegaPixel(To get in the lead)
10. MegaPixel Doubler
11. An option to have the screen as a button, adding a tiny button as an option too.
12. Text the picture
13. Front facing camera option (iPhone 4, iPod 4)
14. HD video
16. 7.5X zoom
I know this is a lot to ask but if you do this you will be in the top 25!!!!
Good job 5/5 stars!
Trash, does not work!!!
I don't know about everyone else, but this app did not live up to the claim with my ipod touch 4g. Since the ipod touch 4g can only take sub 1 megapixel pictures, I thought I had nothing to loose with this app, but I guess I was wrong. Believe it or not, my ipod touch took better pictures than this app does. And for the people that are wondering, the answer is yes, I did compare the pictures on the computer screen and not on the ipod screen. All I can say is - use your common sense. If it seems to good to be true, then it probably is. I need to follow my own advice next time!
