Another short visual novel about Haru. This time you team up with him to work on a school project. However, in this night something strange happens. Suddenly you’re locked inside your own room and a dark power menaces your life! Can you find a way out of your room? Can you even survive this night? Pay attention to your environment and you might have a chance to escape. Sleepless Night is a horror/psycho sound novel. For full game experience you should play at night alone in your room and turn the volume up.

Very fun but also very buggy
I really enjoyed this game. Frankly I'm very fond of visual novels so I found this very intriguing. If you like horror you will probably enjoy this too. It was slightly challenging in the sense that every choice you click matters, but that's what made it enjoyable to begin with for me at least. Don't expect overly eventful stuff or gorgeous art like the "shall we date" games (albeit the endings can give you goosebumps to an extent), but IMO I think the art is simple and not that bad at all. The sound effects and the music make this game very interesting. Overall, I thought this was great and cleverly executed.
My only complaint is that it's very buggy. The game freezes when you try to load a slot and sometimes will freeze altogether while you're playing. Luckily the game is short so it's not a huge problem. Nevertheless, if this game were any longer it WOULD be an issue. This is also minor but I felt that the true ending was a little uneventful, I think it could've lasted longer considering it is the TRUE end. But meh that's up to the creators themselves :) it's worth a download.
It is a great game. Short but quite good. The music really add to the story, even to a point of giving me goosebumps when the horror starts. A bunch of the bad reviews say that in all endings the MC (main character) dies but that's not the case. There are 10 endings and all BUT the last one the MC dies. So only 1/10 of the endings the MC survives.
So as the title of this review says, this game was hard. Every choice you make counts. EVERY. Even the one where you can chose an option and nothing happens for that time. The choice will literally haunt you later, so chose wisely.
I kind of wish there will be a better ending for the one ending that doesn't end up with the MC dying. It was kind of meh. I wanted more drama.
The game is very thrilling, but require many trial and errors. It seems impossible to finish and i confess, i need to rely on some help to get through. Still a game worth playing, Overall, I enjoyed it.
Overall, a Great Game
I enjoyed how almost every action you chose resulted in a different ending. The music also fits the game well. The only suggestions I have for improving the game would be to illustrate the scenes for all of the endings and/or including a system for people to keep track of the endings they got.
Overall, it doesn't need anything done to it.
