Most Effective Ab App and my Go-To
This app provides the best most efficient ab workouts that actually make me sore, which is hard! But a few features I'd add are:
-a greater variety of exercises, my body gets used to the ones given and they are very repetitive so be sure to add new different exercises!
-could there be a feature where you can choose how often you want the 30 sec breaks? And when you choose the 15 minute option for "absolutely awesome" the last 30 sec break is the last segment of the entire workout, so it's totally pointless :(

Convenient, fun, and motivating
Convenient because you can choose the minutes. Start off small and work your way up.
Exercises are 30 seconds and they work in breaks too which is necessary for optimal health and muscle strengthening if used to it’s full potential. Nutrition is a necessity.
I've only had it for a few weeks now, but I'm already seeing improvement in my core. By just doing 5 minutes every night you'll be feeling a billion times more healthy and strong than before you got the awesome deal of this free app!!!
