Regularly DOESN’T work
This app just stops responding and is unable to function on a regular basis. When I first downloaded the app, all the features of it were not even available to me. I spend more time on the phone troubleshooting the app, than I do using it. On more than many occasions, my information is “invalid” and I cannot use the app, although I’ve had the same login and password since I downloaded it, and it always works again after a few hours. I have yet to be able to use the check depositing feature, because there’s a problem processing my request every time- I never even get through the picture taking process, as it’s never functioning properly. I’ve been through two different phones and have the same issues- so it’s not the phone. I work for a smaller company that does not offer direct deposit, and of course there are no banks even close to where I work to deposit my checks every week. The app randomly force closes all the time, and sometimes my balances are not even visible. I’ve never had an app that’s so frustrating and useless. Seriously more of a hassle than a convenience.
I have had nothing but problems when trying to do the mobile check option. A lot of the times i can’t make it to the bank during there hours so I would be really convenient to deposit checks that way—— except it NEVER works. So 2-3 days after the original picture and information is sent to process, it’ll come up failed. Now my problem is this new update. I don’t like that it asked me for my social, instead of just my login information. My other 2 banks didn’t require that and to top things off, it won’t let me actually log in. I get an error message stating that I need to connect to the internet. I am connected. I have literally tried on my personal internet, my in laws, my work, and my gym. I have no issue with anything else on my phone except for the APG app
How well it really works
I loved the old app. It was so easy to use and wasn’t so complicated. This new one has too many problems STILL and its been out for multiple months. The whole “multiple transfers” doesn’t work and you can only do one at a time. When you are trying to see all of your transactions made, if its a lot of them and you say “view all” and then “spreadsheet” to see all of them; it loads the spreadsheet for 2 seconds, says network error and closes out the entire app. The old app I never had any problems with. EVER. This one just causes more problems every time I try to use it.
