A bit disappointed.


I am a fan of Mr. Ross an have read his book several times.
The is side of this app is the great exercise library.
The disappointing part was that of the program part. Instead of including the entirety of the program from the book you get a scales back version that just tells you what an work you need to do in each phase and a mention of cardio. I would ha e thought it great if they would have included Ross' week by week plan in its entirety.
So as the app currently is you will still have to own and refer to the book for the program. Also, with the emphasis in the book on journaling it would have been good to have see. A built in workout journal.
I know this app has been out for a while but would still like to see improvements.



Love this app. Was using the book for the longest time, but always fumbled keeping it open to the correct exercise, packing it in my luggage sucked because it would get all you can see I'm complaining about little convenience things. Oh well...!!!

Love having this on my ipod, everything all put together in a small app on my ipod which I can literally take anywhere easily. Best part, most exercises includes video examples to make sure you "get it" down right (obviously the book can't do that).
