Good program but needs some bugs worked out.

I really like this app and have been using it for a number of years. It makes doing abdominal work easy.

However, there are some bugs that need to be worked out. It tends to either crash mid program or stalls and needs to be restarted. This is the most frustrating part.

It could be improved. I would suggest that the program not automatically start at the highest workout completed. Sometimes I want to go back and repeat a work out at an lower level. This happens after an injury or illness. To correct the problem I actually have to uninstall and reinstall the app or It restarts at the highest level I finished.

Awesome!

It's pretty awesome, just finished my 6th workout today, I'm at a very good weight, but I don't have a flat belly, and I feel like my belly is starting to go flat! I can feel my abs muscles working! Even the day after I did the workout! Love how the person counts your reps! The only problem I have is that sometimes it won't save the pictures I take!
I hope by the end I'll have happy results, I'm half way, so we'll see!
Another cool thing, it does not take wifi to run :)

This app is so great! After one workout I can already feel a difference. I'm a cheerleader for an all stars team and our uniforms are a two piece crop top and short combination, and I would like to feel confident in it, but I do not have a flat stomach. Already after one workout and reading other reviews I can tell this app will get me where I want to be! Definitely get this app over others!
