This is a suggestion for the app only (not the medical services available)...

It would be super helpful for me to see some kind of 'flag' notification on the 'face' of the app so I know I have a message / response and to open the app... I'm not always thinking about checking messages there... an indication that I SHOULD check would be awesome!

Pretty good, needs some fixing


I saw in the app update that you could contact anyone not just your main rep. I don't see that option at all. Could you let me know how to message someone else?

Also I'm not getting notifications other than he badge icon. I have all notifications turned on. Can you please fix this?

Our apologies - we made a mistake in our app update about the ability to contact anyone; that feature will be available soon and we're excited to share it.
