Description

AccuFuel™ Fuel Efficiency Tracker is a powerful tool that makes monitoring your vehicle's fuel efficiency simple and fun. Is your SUV guzzling gasoline? Is your fuel efficient hybrid saving your money? Can you beat a rating of 32?

With AccuFuel™, you'll instantly see how your driving habits affect your fuel efficiency. If you are hypermiling because of rising gas prices, use AccuFuel™ as a gauge to track your progress. Track multiple vehicles as well and see them just by swiping your finger across the screen. View your mileage in MPG (U.S.), MPG (UK), L/100km, or km/L! In addition, use the standard or trip odometer.

Note: AccuFuel is incorrectly identified on Walmart's iPhone 3G Sales Display as "My Liberty."

Great Tracking in a simple format, careful with back up

I've been using AccuFuel for about two weeks now. I love the graphical represenataion of the information and the numerous cars that can be entered into the program. The one thing everyone should be careful about is the ability to backup your data. It is a concern of mine to back up anything on a computer. The iPhone is a computer a prone to crashing a some point in its history. Unfortunately, this crash occured with the new upgrade from Apple to version 2.0.1. The wiping of data occurred only with AccuFuel, not with my notetaking, password or list making programs. Is the data for each of these not stored in the same portion of iPhone memory? This would be a perfect program if I didn't have the hesitation or confidence that my data would be there in the future. Especially after collecting, say, a year's worth of data for several (5) vehicles. Suggestion for additional feature: Gas price chart, otherwise the entering of gas prices in the fill up page is useless, other than line by line consideration of each date. Great program, needs a bit of polishing.

Waste of a dollar.

Calculations make no sense. Also doesn't support any type of backgrounding. Waste of a dollar.

Corrupted data

Just when I thought this app had proved it's value by showing a precipitous drop in milage, I discovered that the first couple years of data were garbage. They don't match my financial records. If I can't trust the historical data, this is just a pointless OCD exercise.
