I used to carry an ACT workbook around and had to push myself to open and do it regularly. This app allows you to fit ACT exercises into your life so easily. The prompts in the exercises are easy to follow and empowering to complete. My ability to self soothe has improved tremendously because of the exercises on this app. It's really taking my ACT practice to a new level which has a greatly positive impact on my ability to enjoy the present moment and overall happiness. Completely worth the upfront purchase fee, it's cheaper than just one session of therapy!

A 5-star app with a terrible account policy. I loved this app: it's a very clear and well-designed app, with wonderful workbook and audio exercises.
I encourage the developers to reconsider this policy, and will not use the app as it stands now.
Great app to help with ACT
This app has fantastic exercises to help people get unstuck. It is very helpful for a therapist, psychologist, or other treatment provider to do as we work with our patients.
