Staying focused on what's important.
As an ACT therapist I recommend this app to my clients. It keeps them connected to mindfulness, ACT concepts and skills. I assign them homework using the app and they can email their work to me immediately after they complete an exercise. I personally appreciate the "Mindful Moments" notifications throughout the day. Thank you!
