Need to enter a service request and can't get into the office? No problem. Simply click on the Service Requests menu option for supported communities where you can log a service request and even track the history of the maintenance updates.

Get a lot of packages delivered to you? If your building uses ActiveBuilding Concierge you can see when deliveries have arrived in our Packages view. Simply click on the menu option to view important information such as the courier delivering the package, when it was received, and even tracking information.

Can't find your property's phone number of office hours? All of that is located under the general info section of the application with easy 'tap-to-dial' functionality.

Payments and Maintenance Issues are only available for supported communities. Please talk to your community management about adding this for your community if you are unable to perform these functions.

It does the job but it’s useless if I have to enter my password every time I start the app. I miss when I could just use Touch ID but there’s no way I’m going into Settings and hunting down my password every time I open the app. Please fix this soon once and for all or I might have to delete it and just use my computer. Do y’all actually want people to use the app? Doesn’t seem like it. :/

No messages?


Extremely disappointed. My apartment complex sends all notification regarding maintenances and news as private messages to tenants (as not all maintenance or news are directly to the entire community). Sadly this app does not have access to the messages. I’ve had several surprises because the app does not show any messages or notifications regarding them. I have to rely on checking my email and login into the desktop version making the app useless. One star because I am able to do my payments without issues.

No way to send a PM like you can on the website


There doesn't seem to be a way to send a private message to the leasing staff or to an individual person under Suggestions. When I try to send a message there is no "send a message". All I can do is post to the community or a group. The only way I can do this is via the full site option from my mobile phone. Will this be an enhancement forthcoming?
