· Record gym visits at designated facilities automatically through geolocation & beacon technologies
· Attend any of over 30,000 gyms nationwide and request gyms to be added
· Apply gym activities across multiple locations

Issues

The app doesn’t work well. I’ve been given and it never pick up my gym visits automatically and often does not accept them when I manually tried to report a visit.

Mediocre app

I open this app when I am going to the gym and it works about 50-60% of the time. Other times I have to self report. I am not certain why I am required to take a selfie when reporting a workout from home. What am I proving exactly by showing my face versus simply reporting that I did the workout? It’s an invasion of privacy frankly.

Horizon terminating $20 effective 1/1/24

I recently got a notice that Horizon is stopping the $20 for exercise/walk program bfit. On the very next activefit update, the app blips their logo on the screen, but fails to open so I can’t see how many days of progress I’ve accumulated. Seems pretty coincidentally devious to have this problem with an update before they give 60 days notice of program termination. I wonder if this is a potential class action situation.
