Haven't been able to connect to my bank
All was well for a while until a month or two ago when all of a sudden, I was unable to connect to my bank. My bank said that the system they were using was upgraded and that activehours would need to use a compatible system. For the longest time, it only ever said my password was incorrect(even though it wasn't) and so I've been trying to see if they've fixed it after every update. So I was happy to see that it finally accepted my credentials and asked me one of my security questions. Except it keeps telling me "please try again" with no additional information about why it's not accepting my security question answer(I know it's correct).
I've contacted support and, of course, I got a reply back asking me to take steps that I've been asked to do multiple times(and steps I can't actually do because of this particular error). When I replied back with that explanation, I was given a "we'll let our techs know". I'm not too optimistic that they'll ever get back to me since I was told months ago that someone would get back to me and I've heard nothing since then.
All in all, great app/company if you can get it to work for you. I can't and therefore am unable to give it more than a star. Should it start working for me, I will be happy to update this review.
This app is the BEST!!! It can be a lifesaver!
This app and their goal to help people out financially is AWESOME, and there's only a fee if you decide to tip them, which is what keeps this company going. I can't say enough good things about this app and it's awesome there's a company out there that sets out to help. I hope this app/company has absolute massive growth moving forward and makes banks rethink their overdraft fee policies and also screws over all of the payday loan sharks and title loan sharks in the country. This app is for everybody because WHEN (not if) something unexpected happens financially, and just life happens, this company is there to help YOU!
Better than payday loans!
I never really get payday loans unless I'm in a bad situation and then I can never seem to get out of them, with this app it's super easy to get money and all you CHOOSE what to pay back. I freakin love it and it's saved me so much time! Only downside is the app has a few bugs with not updating bank info and such.
