Fasten your seatbelt guys. This is a mega update!
1. Auto exercise and cooldown period identification in freestyle mode. You no longer need to hit pause and resume after every set. When you pause a set, it will start rest period automatically.
2. Time-based Workouts are included in Guided Workout. You can now set countdowns instead of just rep targets.
3. Custom Workout program creation. You can create your own workout programs and add exercises with a target rep or time period.
4. Enhanced Walk-through & guide.
5. Improved algorithms for exercise identification and rep counts.

Can I share the data with my trainer?
So I can't make sense of any of the session log or workout data such as TuT, Force, I'm not really a gym
geek, do you guys plan to add something here that can explain what this means or give me some basic
information that can help me plan my workout? Or atleast give me an option to share this with my
trainer, but i don't see any share option right now.
Actual exercise identification is the USP
If you're looking for an App with great programs, this isn't it. Although it does have a variety of programs for different goals, I think the differentiator here is the fact that it is able to auto detect exercises.
Worked 8 out of 10 times -ish for me and crashed a couple of times. Seems to have great promise.
Replace your Personal Trainer
If you're tired of paying $50 an hour, then don't. I just don't make that kind of money, and haven't been
able to push myself to workout despite having an online trainer who charges way less. I need something
to motivate me during the workout, and this App seems to be doing that. So thumbs up guys!
