Adagio is a simple visual metronome. You can keep time with the click sound off, and simply follow the bouncing ball as it conducts the beats, or you can play along with typical metronome sounds.
Tap a new tempo and Adagio will tell you the traditional name for the tempo. Adagio's name is itself a tempo and is Italian for 'at ease'
The current version supports 4/4 tempos only, but if users demonstrate interest, I will certainly add other time signatures.
Adagio uses RaphaelJS, a MIT licensed open-source SVG rendering library.

I see potential...
liking the simple interface and the idea of a visual metronome is nice! would love to see the alternate time signatures and a way to the adjust the tempo besides tapping. maybe an invisible left to right slider or something to dial it in to the user's exact preferred tempo. digging it, tho...great work!
Really like this app! Two recommendations would be landscape mode and at least 3/4 and 6/8 time signature. Thank you for your efforts!
Please add more timesignature, i love the way it feels like an electric conductor, pretty fun!thank you
