What's New in Version 2.13
We are all in deep mourning. We didn’t completely catch the bug that made the app crash last time. It tricked us. Joke was on us. However we tried again. We’re so sorry and will continue to eat bread and water!
Was skeptical but actually pretty impressed
A podcast recommended this app so I gave it a try. Initially it didn't find anything all that surprising but it supported what I already knew such as activity being important for weight management. I started being impressed by this app when it showed me how correlated my resting heart rate is to the amount of sleep I get, which was interested but only somewhat useful. What was actually useful was when it showed me how lacking my diet was in calcium. Since then I have improved my diet and it has really improved how I have been feeling. For that insight alone this app gets 5 stars
Interesting twist for a health app
I was not sure about this at first glance but it has won me over. It syncs with the apple health app, my fitness Pal, Argus, and the Argus instant heart rate all thru Apple health. It reads over the data points and gives you a couple insights a day based on your input. Most are what you would expect if you are very aware of your diet and exercise (which is why most people use these apps). But some times it picks up on something you didn't realize. Also if your new to monitoring your diet and exercise it may be even more useful. Over all a very nice app.
I wasn't sure what this app did and wanted to give it a try, but having using used it for a few days I must admit I am really impressed! Digging through the fitness app data and providing insights like correlation between my workouts and nutrients intake - mostly stuff that I would have missed - is really helpful. Makes me wonder is there is a personal analyst sitting and coming up with these reports from the data 😄 Excited to see what more it can tell me.
