Ratings and Reviews
I've played this for only three days and see why it is addictive! Great fun! Although many definitions are garden-variety, there are also enough esoteric definitions to keep you challenged. And shuffling the "deck" of letters and watching them dwindle until you can get the last word by process of elimination is also quite neat. Under the question mark are the clue letters. First click gets you the first letter, second click gets you the second letter, etc. but if you use up all the clues, you can't get more until the next day -or else you can pay for more clues. All in all, fair and well-thought-out. Buy this game!
No clue how to play, at all - temp review
I'll update my review once I've played. I've played a lot of word games. This one has so many great reviews, I had to try it. If you can look at the second screen in the description and figure out how to play - you're in.
The clues are odd, vague, or esoteric: "Marine colonial polyp" "-- --- .-. ...." That's from the first puzzle. I don't see how you know when your choice is correct.
Add one star: At least I just figured out what "rotate the letters" is about. You rotate the entire thing, not the letters. I thought it was to rotate each letter, or something equally stupid on my part. Plus one star.
Good brain workout
At first I didn't like this and I almost uninstalled it because I just didn't get it. But then I thought -what is it gonna hurt to try it for a few days more. It's not costing me anything. Well, now I love it. And with Alzheimer's on the rise we all need to keep our brain from getting dull. This will do it!
Well, I'm still working it and loving it. I work the puzzles while I'm watching tv so I'm not completely brain dead!
Still loving it. June 29
