Support for iPhone X and bug fixes.
Not that this platform is stable enough for it, but you should also have 🍎WATCH access. For the extra cost on your plan this app should be far more reliable and interactive. More often than not It takes far too long to connect to my system. And I often get an error message when I try to arm the system leaving me frustrated and having to remember to try again in a few minutes making a task that should be convenient, inconvenient! On the rare occasion that the app loads smoothly it’s actually easy and fast to use. Checking zones and arming with ease and having the option to bypass on the fly is clutch... when it works. Now we just need to get it working like that every time. Then think about integrating the 🍎watch. Would love to be able to check zones arm/disarm with the same zone bypass options and view cams. I know I’m asking for a lot but you also require quite the premium cost on your equipment and service as well. So I think it’s a fare ask. Hopefully someone that matters actually gets eyes on this and takes note lol
Giant step backward
This version of the Pulse app is a huge step backward. Prior versions were intuitive, easy to use, and allowed the user to quickly get things done. This version is unintuitive and unhelpful.
Best example for me is the new thermostat user interface. With prior versions, I could see everything that was going on with my two thermostats and quickly make adjustments. Now, I can see only two things -- the current temp and (I think) the temp the thermostat is set to. It's hard to say because there is no clear identification of what the numbers mean. So, for instance, I cannot tell if my thermostat is running. This is an extremely helpful thing to know particularly when you're remote.
Also, changing the temp using the app takes FOREVER. You must click on the + and wait (patiently) for the set temp to update before clicking again. All keystones while you're waiting for this very slow update are ignored. So if you've come home to a house you were keeping at a low temp and you want to raise the temp several degrees, you will probably save time by giving up on the app and walking however far the thermostat is.
Please ADT roll us back to a better more useful app.
I saw the 1.6 rating but got ADT anyway bc it’s good security. The app wasn’t working at first but then I had ATT move my modem and whaaalllaa. It’s the bomb. I notice that I can’t do live if it’s recording a clip and that’s okay. I just log out and get back in and no issues. Fabulous system. ADT tech was prompt and professional and even came back when I called 15 mins after he left. ATT came out 2 hrs after I called to move my modem. I got security within 12 hours of making the first call.
