Get your ish together, ADT!
Every time the app updates something breaks. It is slow to load on a good day, meaning it's useless if the alarm goes off downstairs because your husband left for work and forgot to turn it off and you don't want to haul yourself and your nursing newborn downstairs to disarm the alarm. Would be a perfect time for the app, but no, doesn't load quickly enough to disarm. Then, when the next update comes in, the app will ask for password, and when you log in, it will crash, every time. Then, if they fix the crashing on the next update, it will load even slower, and the following update goes back to crashing. Not helpful to have an app if you can't even login and check if your system is armed after you go to bed, leave the house, etc.
TouchID finally works
Update 9/19: TouchID and Live View now work with the version 8.0.6. Finally! That took a while. Login performance can be improved but it is now functional, hence 1star to 3stars.
Update 8/22: Touch ID still doesn't work half the time. Live View also doesn't work most of the time. Is there any plan to fix this? This is the only App on my phone that has this issue with Touch ID. So the issue is clearly with the App.
The latest upgrade has broken touch ID. It no longer works. Even though touch ID enabled, the app gives an authentication error. Password is the only way to login which is a major pain.
Version 8.0.6 is showing promise. Better performance. Still too early to say.
This app does not seem to be adequetily tested from the previous version. Slow sign in, it displays wrong data and says my system is armed when it's not. The 3 cameras take a considerable amount of time to load. The interface is also not as nice and again, slow to respond. Also, I established a 4 digit pin to make log in easier. However, it still asks me for my longer password to get in and not the pin I established. Go back to the drawing board. I'm using an iPhone 6s if it matters.
July 12 "update" downloaded. No improvement and still slow. I cannot enter my 4 digit pin to access App unless I close it and reopen it quickly
