I love all the financial services offered!


Opening my account was so easy that I did it from my phone, parked in my car outside the grocery store. I have been offered assistance every step of the way since, and sometimes in between steps. From mobile banking to free advice for improving my credit score, Advantis has served me very well. I would highly recommend them! Oh, the online site has a wonderful budget widget that allows me to plan and then track my spending, and savings goals.
My only suggestion would be to allow the app to perform all the functions of on-line banking. For instance, there are actions that can be taken only on the full website, others on the mobile site, and others in the app. I want to open one thing and do everything.
That’s just technological. Advantis’s real strength comes in their 1-on-1 customer service. Again, I would highly recommend this credit union, especially to someone who is new to banking. You’ll never be alone with Advantis!

Good and getting better!


This app allows me access via ipad and iphone to get my bills paid, check the balances, transfer funds, even deposit checks! When there have been issues that I've reported the issues have been acknowledged and even fixed in updates! I do wish they would allow 'memo' for sending payments via check through the app... website allows me to fill in memo on the check and am looking forward to when app will allow the same!

Check Photos Uneven

"Daughter of God"

All in all this app is great. However, Mobile Check Deposit doesn’t work. Although I center the check between the brackets and the photo looks just fine to me, nothing happens. Since the procedure has changed, I assume I’m not doing something correctly. Grrr. I'm using an iPhone 7Plus, so I know the camera is good, so what's the problem?
