- Other tweaks and improvements.
Aerox is definitely a game I would recommend to my peers. I'm gonna make a paragraph about each piece of why I desperately want to rate this 6 stars!
First of all, the plot is simple. It's a challenging game, but it's easy enough for kids to get the hang of it. I just downloaded it, I'm on level 5, but I saw my father playing level 23, and that's the reason I got it.
The graphics are stunning. It's not like the usual crappy graphics that come with games like this. The music is good as well. It's quiet, mostly peaceful music, when most puzzle games have music equal to a kid's version of death metal.
No in-app purchases needed to have loads of fun! Yes, you can unlock all the ball styles for a few bucks, but you can just unlock them over time. There's also no currency, and I think that's amazing.
Unlike most games, this doesn't flood you with adds. You may get one every so often, but they won't interfere with your gameplay.
In general, it's just a really great game, and I definitely recommend getting it. I'm very satisfied with Aerox. To those people complaining about the ball randomly shooting in one direction, hold the phone upright, or press brake the second you start. I appreciate you reading my review, and my only suggestion would be a larger variety of designs for your sphere.
Great and fun game to play
I'm the type of person who never leaves reviews. The fact that I am writing this shows you how much fun I am having playing this game. The content is unique and challenging. Even though the concept is very basic, it is much harder than it looks. The thing I like about this game is that it allows you to unlock the balls as you progress. No collecting currency crap. Just straight up play to unlock and I like that. In addition to this, the ads are noninvasive. They show up very infrequently and interfere very little with you while you play this game. Props to the developers for making an enjoyable game and not ruining it with ads.
Good gameplay, very poor level design
The idea and gameplay of this game is great, and while it is a fun game to play, the level design is beyond bad. For example, there was one level where I was stuck trying to make an impossible jump for about 10 minutes when I realized that you were supposed to go on a different path that was tucked away and out of view. Another example is a level where you have to make a jump into a pipe that is nearly impossible to land. You have to land it perfectly and then proceed to maneuver the phone in such a way where the ball defies physics and somehow rolls up the lip of the opening and into the pipe. Overall, I would not recommend this game, for the poorly designed and confusing levels just take too much away from the overall game experience.
