Name entry format

I tried checking in on both the phone app and the website but it would not work with multiple tries entering my name different ways.

Finally I called the phone number and someone told me I had to enter my name of any specific way. “FAMILY/FIRST MIDDLE”

I recommend that you put on your website the specific format that the name must be entered. It will not only save your customers lots of time it will also keep your customers from having to call your phone number and use your service representatives time.

Not Bad

Haven't had any of the balky log-in issues others have complained about. App has worked fine for me in multiple countries. Mostly just use it for flight status, seat selection and check-in and can't complain. The bargain upgrades available through the app which the Air China folks bragged about are never available though.

Works for me

Don’t know why there’s a large amount of negative reviews. It’s not the best but still not the worst. It’s the most reliable airline when you travel around China. Some international flights are satisfying as well. The app is easy-to-use and I haven’t encountered any weird error yet.
