I can honestly say I do not remember the last time I had so much fun with an iPhone game. Reminiscent of the classic Descent series, AirMaster 3D hits a home run... AirMaster 3D has the best executed use of the accelerometer and on-screen controls I have encountered on the iPhone... On the whole, AirMaster 3D brings back the classic good vs. evil, green vs. red that is in the heart of any true gamer - ThePortableGamer.com
Air Master 3D is quite a little gem hidden among the App Store clutter ... clever features and nearly flawless controls - AppSmile.com
Air Master 3D is a fine addition to the Sci Fi Flying genre. It’s one of the first games that really gave me a good sense of flying and the shooting worked perfectly. I feel like a kid all over again - appVersity.com
Great game - Dog fights can get fast paced but are still easy to keep up with - Endlessly
Great - Simple controls immersive gameplay. In seconds in was totally engrossed. - Askme233

This has the potential to be a good game. Presently, this is an okay game.
1. Graphics are spotty. The landscape and saucers look good, but all other ships are just primary shapes.
2. Lock-on boxes are green for enemies. Really? Since when? Enemies are always red, friendlies are always green. Please change this. Also, locking on to all enemies simultaneously is just confusing. Just lock on to the three closest enemies. There's already too much going on at once.
3. Radar is minimalist and in the wrong place. Please upgrade radar and put it in the left upper corner out of the way.
4. Guns need to do more damage and missiles need to load faster.
5. Please add a virtual joystick in the lower left corner. Waiting for my ship to turn using the accelerometer takes too long.
I sincerely hope you add updates to this game since it has the potential to be a great title, just not in it's present form.
I first got this in 4th grade
That was 2008 I think, and I had this on the first gen iPod Touch
I got it again a couple days ago and felt the true power of love
It's incredible: it feels like you are actually flying, it has everything you need in a jet, including a turret which just out does it; the design of the jet/starfighter is really cool and good-looking, (especially the front view from the turret), and everything is deliciously retro and Starfoxy. You don't need fancy graphics.
thank you for making my 4th grade year and my future ahead of me special.
No need to buy the full vesion this game has it all!!! The full version u just get more islands but this one is fine it's sooooooo much fun!
