I love being an Airbnb host. I meet people from around the world and so far they are without fail so considerate and pleasant to host. Airbnb helps to make the world a more connected place. It is a great way to make extra money while helping others by giving them an affordable place to stay.

Strangely, when I first downloaded the app and tried to set up my account the app told me that I couldn't use my email address because
"an account with this email address already exists. Try logging in instead."
So I tried "forgot my password" to get an email from them to change/create my password and the app gave me the message " No account exists for the requested email address"
This is already way more effort than what I will endure to set up an app..., it goes away now. Bye bye.
Worthless
After going the long process to set up an account, have it verified, write a profile, submit a picture and even include picture of my drivers license - no one responds to my booking requests. I would understand a rejection, but to be repeatedly ignored by "excellent hosts" is counter intuitive. I will have to stay at a hotel now because I need a room. This is simply not a reliable way to stay and travel.
