◆◆◆◆◆ FEEDBACK ◆◆◆◆◆
"This is frikin awesome, no need to clog up harddrives with downloaded music, sounds great, best I've seen." -Cassidy Cripe
"I love it, works flawlessly with my Xbox 360!!" -Jasonua
"This thing does exactly what it says it will, and with no problems at all. Even better that it will now stream my Apple Lossless music too. My only complaint is that they didn't make the app a year or so earlier." -Dan Stock
◆◆◆◆◆ HOW TO USE ◆◆◆◆◆
√ Connect your iPod, iPhone or iPad to the same local network as your Xbox, PS3 or PC.
√ Start AirMusic.
√ For Xbox 360, navigate to the Xbox System Music Player and select your device in the list.
√ For Xbox One, navigate to the Xbox One Media Player under Apps and select your device in the list.
√ For PS3, navigate to the PS3 Music Menu and select your device in the list. If it shows nothing underneath, it probably means you selected the Movie or Photo menu instead.
√ For a PC running Windows Vista or later, start Windows Media Player, your iPhone Music will show under 'Other Libraries'.
√ When AirMusic detects a Chromecast device, an icon will appear in the AirMusic navigation bar. Tap on it to connect then select the music you want to stream.
√ If you're experiencing skipping, turn off High-Quality streams in Settings.
◆◆◆◆◆ IMPORTANT ◆◆◆◆◆
• AirMusic is compatible with iCloud as long as songs have been downloaded & synced with your phone. Tap the little cloud icon next to each song or album in the Music app to download them locally first before launching AirMusic.
• AirMusic requires an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with a minimum of 50MB of disk space to work effectively.
• On a PC, AirMusic only works with Windows Media Player running on Windows Vista or Windows 7.
• AirMusic is not compatible with old DRM songs purchased on iTunes. Newer iTunes DRM free purchases are compatible.
• When using Chromecast, you can choose and change the music directly from your phone. For all other devices, you do it from these devices (ie Xbox, PS3, PC).

Chromecast user pleased
I got a chromecast audio device the other day and was looking for a way to play my local music from my phone. So far this app seems to work the best compared with others I've tried; but a minor complaint is the lack of music control panel whilst playing. Meaning, when playing a song from the playlist (which, it would also be nice if the music were represented as it is on the phone instead of the mandatory creation of a playlist) an icon appears next to the playing song in the playlist but no song-specific screen appears, meaning I can't skip to the middle of the song or view album artwork like so many other music apps allow.
So far I am pleased, but the app would be worth five stars if those improvements were made.
Also, is there a purpose to the night sky background on which no other tasks can be accomplished? It seems odd using that featureless page as an unclear-navigational area for the app.
DOES NOT work on xbox one. do ur research.
Playing music on iPhone using AirMusic app to Xbox one console through media player DOES NOT work. while media player can see all the music in my iTunes folder on my iPhone, when it plays, it only plays a few seconds of each song. it does not play the song entirely and randomly decides how many seconds of each song it will play. this is a problem with other users so please do your research. I have not seen any response from this company to address this issue. Therefore I would highly recommend DO NOT purchase until someone from the company addresses this issue and publishes the resolution in their public forums well as to users such as myself who have emailed them.
I'm pleased but there could be some work done, it took me a while to figure out how to even play music on the app. I think there should be an easier way to stream music , and there should be a way to change the volume with the volume rockers on the iPhone. Other apps have updated their look to correspond with the new ios9 look and feel, could you incorporate a new sleek look into the app to make it look more appealing ? Other than that the app works great and does what it's supposed to do!
