What's New in Version 8.5
We’ve dug deeper on our community features and established a new opportunity for airporters:
- A unique partnership. We’ve kicked off a year long campaign called “Airport Smarter” to reward our most active users at airports.
- What type of airporter are you? We’ve broken down our rankings into various fun types of airporters. Gate Hugger or Airport Elite? Find out where you stand in your profile!
- A closer look. Tapping on the profile photos of fellow airporters shows you their photos in larger detail.
- More opportunity to earn points. We’ve expanded the activities that allow you to earn points across flightSpeak.
- A breakdown of where your points are coming from. You can now see in your profile where your points come from.
- Performance improvements! We’ve made some improvements to the app, allowing your experience to be much smoother as you navigate to various items.

App is easy to use, and gives real-time security wait times as well as insider tips and tricks to navigate airports, taxi lines, etc. Also, you can win free Lyft rides to the airport if you're a frequent user - and who wouldn't like that?
