What's New in Version 5.0.1.1

We're re-designed all five workout menus and added thumbnail images of Aisleyne for each exercise. Aisleyne has re-recorded a few of her voice clips and we've improved a couple of icons in the app as well.

cool

This app is great for somebody that wants a simple workout everyday with built in motivation and rewards! I can definitely feel the effects! It’s also a good add on to an existing routine. I do yoga every day, but I find these workouts use muscle groups I wasn’t using before. It becomes sort of addicting!
