Love it !
Love it ! Love the charts, love the daily weight list, love the sound effects that congratulate you when you loose weight. Waaaay better than any of the other weight apps I have tried. I do have one suggestion, though. I would really like for there to be an additional "note" column on the Protocol page. There would be plenty of space for another column between the date and the weight column. Additional information could be recorded there, like 'Thanksgiving weekend', 'annual Christmas party', 'sick with flu', 'ran five miles yesterday', 'fasting for medical tests' ......... it could be a place to record explanations for a sudden increase or decrease in weight. You could even write motivational notes here to encourage yourself to keep trying or to keep it up. With this addition, the app would be perfect ! I am hoping for an update that includes this suggestion. :)
(Almost) perfectly simple
Great for monitoring weight changes and conversion to BMI. It keeps things very simple for you. Slight issues that do not attract much as I will continue to use it. It is clearly metric oriented. Inches do go to 11 now, but weight progression says kilograms even though the number represents pounds. Normal BMI is 18.5 to <25, but they seem to be using actuarial tables possibly as for my age they list normal as 19 to <26. Not an issues as long as you know what is correct for you. Finally when putting in a new weight, the weight spinner is never on the previously recorded weight which would be nice. It always seems one pound higher which I assume they do so you feel some positive reinforcement (so you like using the app?) but again minor and I thank the developers for making their app available.
I enjoy using this app for tracking my progress on losing weight with the graphics so I'm able to see my progress for either a slight change or a large change of both gain or loss. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to track their progress.
