Please fix bugs
They don’t tell you that if you use the alarm panel communication programming button to “Send Data” -as opposed to using the button on this app to send data from the app only- then you won’t be able to see your account in the app’s list, or find it by searching by City/CSID/ACCOUNT (unless you use the web portal on a computer.)
So, make sure you only send data from the app only, not from the panel.
I don’t know why it is a big secret, but it took months of being on hold with Tech Support until someone finally let me know that lil nugget of info.
Also, on my iPhone, I am finding that often I cannot get to the login screen. It just stays blank. Sometimes quitting other apps is the remedy, but not always. Very frustrating when trying to program from the field using my phone. (Isn’t that the point of this app???)
Please fix this! It makes me so aggrivated that I may want to start selling 2GIG products instead!
****Also, make tc WOC HD video cameras available to view in lyric screen!!!!! My customers keep asking why the video button is there if the cameras don’t work with it. Duhhhhhhhh?
It does not let you look up existing accounts and has been that way since its release. I type in MAC addresses or CS-City-Account numbers of existing accounts and it says there’s nothing there, while they’re existing and available on the web portal. Have been checking back for months for updates, none have been made. The most useless business app I own

This app would be nice IF it worked the way it was supposed to.
-You can’t send reset password commands for Total Connect or change the master user email/SMS.
-I have to constantly uninstall this app because it will “glitch out” and not even let me access the log in screen. Which is the whole reason this app gets a 1 star for me.
-when trying to make certain changes, it’ll error out and send me back to the find account screen.
There are way too issues. Please please PLEASE fix this. For an app that we use everyday, this makes us waste a lot of time.
