I tend to work 10-12 hour days, and the last thing I want to do is grocery shop in the small amount of free time I have. I can select items to put in my cart in one sitting or as I notice they need replacing. The staff at my store are really wonderful, friendly and efficient. Last time they had sold out of one of my items before they could pick it up for me, so they actually called me to ask about suitable substitutes. I’m definitely going to recommend your service on Facebook!
Needs a lot of work
I wish I could give this app zero stars. The only reason I added it was because I received a $20 off coupon if I ordered online. Each time I tried to log in, it would give me an error stating that my email is associated with a Vons account and direct to the Vons shopping app. I tried another email and same thing. If I wanted to shop at Vons, I would have added the Vons app, duh. The Albertsons store app has the delivery icon but doesn’t allow you to order online in the app. You have to download an additional app, their “shop” app. Very frustrating!
I’m only giving this app site one star. It won’t let me sign in, says my PW is wrong, I know it’s not, and tried several times. The only way I’ve been able to get into the Albertson’s place to order is to go to goggle and look it up.
As most know. Albertson’s recently "updated" their shopping site. What a hassle! Whoever did that had it really really mixed up. It was so different and so hard, it kept knocking me off, deleted items I had on there, etc. I was so frustrated! I emailed them several times, never heard back. Finally, after several mos, it’s now working better, thankfully!
Please do NOT change your site again. If you do, it’d be to your best Interest to have an expert do it. Thank you.
