Customer Reviews

BFx Removed

BFx heart rate variability has been removed with the update. No notice given in the update, and BFx feature is still noted in the manual. Confirmed with app support that they just arbitrarily dropped this valuable feature that customers paid for. Very poor service to customers who find the BFx feature the one positive oriented measurement in the app. Otherwise you are now left with disconfirming a negative-that you do not have a-fib. Good to know, but now no other value to keep using daily.

Give us the ability to go back to previous version or turn this feature back on. Otherwise this update was only cosmetic marketing and a big loss for customers. Show some respect for your loyal daily users.

What happened with the new app?

Had initially some clich with the update but now working fine.

What happened?

BfX is missing in Version 3.2. Why?
