Alternative metro maps
Hello! My name is Valery Kovalev and this is my Alternative metro maps.
Tap on any station to hear pronunciation and to make a route.
Try reading it out loud and there will be real russian names of the subway stations.
To read that map correctly you need to speak fast, but don’t forget about accents in names.
Tap on each station to hear proper english and russian pronunciation.
These translated subway maps were originally conceived as a joke. But it turned out that they can be beneficial for English speaking subway passengers in the former Soviet space. Sometimes it is very difficult for them to deal with pronunciation of the names of subway stations. For the most part this is actual for Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev with their extensive underground transport system.
In this application you can read and listen to the stations names and every Russian speaker will understand you. You can also easily get to your destination heard a similar set of sounds from a speaker in the subway train.

Ratings and Reviews
This is the BEST way to find anything in the city, and it is the only and the funniest way to make people in Russia understand you))
Apparently this is how the developer thinks Americans would say these words. Unfortunately not even my Russian wife could make heads or tails out of the "words" used. More than a little insulting to the target audience.
