Worth a shot

I have had a few bumps in the road since being an earlier adopter of this app. (I'm a one man, freelance illustrator) I have reached out to support a few times due to features having issues (which should be expected for new apps with small teams)

They have come a long way but still have little ways to go. The past issues I have had, have been resolved but one, the Dropbox link issues. This feature isn't a deal breaker but would be a nice feature to have smoothed out ( The feature generates a link to a Dropbox file and places the link into the invoice, something you can manually do when writing a note to the client in the email).

Through the couple frustrating moments in the past I have encountered with this app and at one point, shopping for an alternative, they have been responsive to my issues and have restored my faith in their product. For a $20 price tag for a years worth of invoicing, estimating, time tracking and more, it's a no-brained to hop on this app and grow with them.

Although as customers we can get frustrated when things don't go as planned (Honestly, what in life does!) they have been responsive and have always followed through on fixes, updates and communication. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Best App it it's class.

Invoicing turns into a complex business once your clients start requesting them. It's amazing the great work the people working on Alto have done to ease and simplify the invoicing process.

It has been really helpful to me and my clients. I get to keep track of past invoices, hours and I get a nice summary of how much I've made with certain client. The ability to send invoices via email and stripe integration are perfection.

Hands down the best invoicing app out there. 5 deserved stars.

Good app, but latest update just crashes

UPDATE: Reached out to support about the app crashing upon load, provided them with crash logs and they fixed the problem in a week with the latest update. All IS good and peaceful again! The app certainly has room for growth, but it's well cared for.

All was good and peaceful in the land of invoices and estimates of Alto. Until, ironically, the update with built-in Zendesk support doesn't even launch. No bueno, since it leaves us in the mud with all pending projects and invoices!
