Amazing way to tune into your true hunger cues


A complete and thorough app that provides us with thought provoking questions to help decide if we are truly hungry and, if so, what we truly want to eat for optimal nourishment. It also provides us with options if we realize we are not truly hungry. I would suggest this app for everyone!
