Constantly Needs Restarting
I love progressive talk radio and really appreciate having access to am950 when I’m in parts of the country that don’t have progressive talk radio. Unfortunately, the am950 app is really awful. I’ve never been able to keep it working more than about 10 minutes before it shuts down. Then the only way to get listening again is to close the app, reopen, and hit play again — all of which are pretty hard to do when you are driving. KTNF really needs to get this app to be more stable so listeners can hear the talk instead of wasting so my time restarting the app!
I love listening to Stephanie Miller, Thom Hartmann and Norman Goldman (I really miss Mike Malloy and don’t like what replaced him) — they are world class, but this app is strictly amateur hour. FIX IT PLEASE!
I think your app is working fine. I have very few issues with it and use it all most every day. However, I get a notice warning on both my iPad and iPhone that this app needs to be updated soon because it will not work with future iOS versions.
AM 950 is gone from TuneIn, so...
Unfortunately, I need to use this to listen to KTNF AM. However, It doesn't work well with my Honda's iPod interface. The audio doesn't resume when I restart the engine, so I usually listen to WCPT (Chicago) using TuneIn instead. Sadly, I miss Nancy Nelson because of this. I wish the app would resume automatically. With 50+ stops a day for my job, manually restarting the app each time isn't going happen. Fix the app, or get back on TuneIn Radio... Pretty please?
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
