Needs to Support Digital Purchases
Seriously guys, this is a mobile app for a store that sells, in part, digital products. Why can't you support buying them through the app? Literally every other all does this, your mobile website does this...it boggles the mind. Why can I buy a garden hoe from the app no problem but not a kindle book that I'd like to read using the same device? Which one of those makes more sense?!?
And if you could support apple pay when you do finally evolve out of the Stone Age and enable support for buying digital content that would be great too! Making the buying process as simple as scanning my fingerprint will only make parting ways with my money that much more appealing.
Irritated but love your app
I've been using your app for so long now. I use it to buy a lot. I've loved shopping on it. Here recently orders are saying it's gonna take longer and if I order faster shipping the prices are ridiculous! And to top it off I can't even update my email! I sent an email through your help in the app was told if receive a response within 12 hours and it never came! I even put my new email in with my complaint so you could actually email me and not a NON-ACTIVE email address. I really don't want to set up a whole new account and lose friends wish lists.
Wiped out all my order history, wish lists and recommendations. I'm not happy but the people I had queued to buy from I'm sure are really unhappy. Was buying from prime at least two times a week. Guess I wasn't spending enough to get quality service.
