Worst ever service

Karen Kja

I bought a year subscription for $ 29,99 in the last days of May. I could read the Juni issue but not the latest July issue. The app offers me only a preview of the July issue. If I clic on subscription I get a message that says I am a subscriber: Your 1-year subscribtion renews on May 27, 2019 for $29,99. This app is not what it seems to be. They take your money for sure but you can NOT read more than one issue :(

Disgusted

I downloaded the app on 1/15 and purchased the yearly subscription. I was able to access the January issue. Then the other day I go back to the app and I can not access the issue. I called AJN and they have no record of my subscription. They are the worst customer service. They did not want to help me or investigate this for me. iTunes says they see my purchase and don't know why they can't. 2 1/2 hours later and it is still not resolved because no one wants to do their customer service job. The app never gave me a subscription number but yet I was able to read the January issue. All I received was an email from iTunes. Why must I have to deal with all this frustration because their is a problem with the app.

Good but could be better

I like your magazines and this app doesn't disappoint if all I wanted was an electronic magazine. I wish there was a VoiceOver function or a function that would read the articles to me while I follow along. I find this an easier way to not just read the article but to really understand it.
