All I want to do is eliminate an old, inactive home equity loan from my account lineup.
Received a message back from customer service that I need to do this myself as since this was a recurring payment. Gave me the steps to follow. I followed up to a certain point, and there was no “cancel series” option. Tried many times and I guess I’m heading to the bank for help after the holiday. I’ve tried to do this previously as well... that’s when I got this set of instructions. There was no mention of “a call us if you need someone to walk you through the steps” option. I’m a senior and can do a lot of things online with minimum support, but this experience left me feeling stupid and incompetent.
Would have been nice and courteous if person who gave me the instructions, also included a callback number with their name so I could call them during working hours. This kind of issues really can make one feel hopelessly inadequate and is demoralizing as well.

Insane to log in
I have been trying to log in for the past 6 months and I have been to several bank locations and have been unable to sign in. It’s hard for me to get to an atm you have so I don’t pay a fee to just check my balance this was a good idea but horrible execution. Not being able to see how much money I have and monitor it has come at a high cost as I don’t know if other people are using my card and I won’t be able to check until I get the whole month report and by then it can be too late.

Functional but outdated design
No support for Face ID unlock. No 2-factor option with email. SMS 2-factor can easily be broken with a clone sim so I would prefer the option of using either email, app-based, or even hardware like Yubikey.
The interface of the app doesn’t fit the style of the latest iOS. It seems to be nothing more than a web browser.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
