Touch ID And More Missing
Like the others who have posted about missing features such as the rewards balance and such, I have to say this app is lacking compared to the iPhone app. The biggest one for me though is Touch ID. Why that would be left out as an option, given all the security concerns as of late in the world, I cannot understand... Especially since it is already in your iPhone app. Having to manually enter a password anywhere defeats the idea of complex passwords and will encourage people to use simple ones they remember, reducing their security across the board because of one instance where they have to remember it instead of use their finger.
Account managing made easy!
I have this app for my iPad and iPhone (wish iPad also supported Touch ID but I realize that's a relatively new feature for iPads) anyway! I had a question about a pending charge on my account and I was able to get my question answered within seconds with the in-app web chat feature (It default leaves your camera off thank goodness!) This app makes managing my account a breeze!
Not even close to being as good as the iPhone App!
Most of these reviewers got it right when they say the iPhone app is better. This does not show you're full credit balance and I think that is just basic for a credit card app. It also does not let you click on rewards to see how you earned them, or offer local deals like it does on the iPhone. They really do just need to follow the same formula from the iPhone and apply it to the iPad.
