Account managing made easy!
I have this app for my iPad and iPhone (wish iPad also supported Touch ID but I realize that's a relatively new feature for iPads) anyway! I had a question about a pending charge on my account and I was able to get my question answered within seconds with the in-app web chat feature (It default leaves your camera off thank goodness!) This app makes managing my account a breeze!
Very basic app
As some other reviewers have noted, this app is sorely lacking in features compared to the iPhone app. It does show balances and charges and allow for payments--though the payment interface is awful--but that's it.
Please update the app for feature parity with the iPhone app, especially TouchID integration. Without TouchID, there's not much reason to have an iPad app (rather than visit the website in Safari).
Not even close to being as good as the iPhone App!
Most of these reviewers got it right when they say the iPhone app is better. This does not show you're full credit balance and I think that is just basic for a credit card app. It also does not let you click on rewards to see how you earned them, or offer local deals like it does on the iPhone. They really do just need to follow the same formula from the iPhone and apply it to the iPad.
