• In order to register and use Amex GBT Mobile, *your company needs to be a customer of American Express Global Business Travel* and have signed up for the app (if they have not, please ask your company's travel manager to get in touch with their account manager). Ratings and Reviews
Just updated to the new app and impressed with the changes. Very clean looking and the icons on the bottom of the screen are great.
Not new but have always liked the ability to book a trip from door to door, including ground transportation, rather than just airport to airport.

Love the Messaging feature!
I needed to change my flight & was in an all day meeting so had limited time to talk on the phone. I was able to quickly message a TC, change my flight & they were even able to waive my change fees! Very quick and very easy!
Might be good if it actually worked
I have tried, several times to use this app for my travel. My company books through AMEX GBT. AMEX GBT can’t even get Travel, that they booked, to show up in their own app. I have tried getting help from their tech support, but they are useless. All I get is emails saying “We are working on the problem” or “it’s fixed and we are closing your case”. I gave you many chances. I have been trying to get the app to work for 2 months.
