Ratings and Reviews
This app is a great improvement over the previous one. However, the phone number for customer service just goes to a survey and gets you nowhere. Also it would be nice if there was an option to pay your monthly bill through the app as well. Why else have a payments tab?

Company is awful do not use
This company is horrible, they cancel even with on time payment, agents and home office poorly trained. When you’ve had enough of heir crap and cancel they bill you past your cancellation date. I would never wish this company on my worst enemy.
Cannot change password
Trying to change password after getting a temporary password, it keeps throwing an error. Any ideas how go about changing the password?
