The Angry Birds are back in the sequel to the biggest mobile game of all time! Angry Birds 2 starts a new era of addictive slingshot gameplay with stunning graphics, challenging multi-stage levels, scheming boss pigs and even more destruction.
**Angry Birds 2 is optimized for iPhone 5, iPad 3, iPad mini 2 and iPod Touch 5G or newer. You can try it on older devices, but we can't guarantee a smooth bird flinging experience!
CHOOSE YOUR BIRD!
It’s the ultimate slingshot action strategy – YOU choose which bird to fling next! “But that makes it easier, right?” WRONG! You’ll need to choose wisely if you’re going to stop those eggs from getting scrambled. Plus, crush those pigs and blocks to fill up the Destruct-O-Meter and earn extra birds!
NEW MULTI-STAGE LEVELS!
You’ve never seen Piggy Island like this – jaw-droppingly stunning levels brimming with exotic plants, quirky details, fun animations and plenty of peril. Those naughty porkies are now experts at building physics defying towers: levels now have multiple stages for an added challenge. Uh oh.
Blizzards, Hot Chilis, Golden Ducks and other outrageous spells give you an added advantage against those swindling swine. And when you need some serious help, guess who’s at hand to make a pork-smashing cameo? That’s right, it’s the sardine loving Mighty Eagle. Oh yeah!
CHALLENGE OTHER PLAYERS!
Challenge players from across the world in the Arena to see who’s the best bird flinger of them all! Connect to Facebook and play new tournaments every day to earn feathers and level-up your flock. In the Arena you play until you run out of birds and spells, so get out there and solve the puzzles – you’re only up against the rest of the planet.
DEFEAT BOSS PIGGIES!
There’s some serious bad guys on Piggy Island, and your slingshot skills are needed to take them down. Foreman Pig, Chef Pig and the infamous King Pig will stop at nothing to keep your eggs. Are you gonna let ‘em get away with that? It’s time to hit that pork and teach ‘em a lesson.

I would definitely recommend this game to all ages. I'm 11 and I just got this iPad mini for Christmas and thought it would be fun to download angry birds on it. I downloaded the original angry birds and it was ok. The graphics were boring and it got to hard after a while. A couple days later when I got sick of the original angry birds I tried angry birds 2. I immediately loved it. It started of easy, introducing how to play the game with cool graphics, and then got a little harder with new birds and I guess you could call them gadgets. It was even more fun since I watched the movie. I said it was good for all ages because it is a easy, fun kid game but I also thought it was hard enough and challenging enough to play when your older. Which leads me to me conclusion, I would completely recommend this game to anyone who thinks they might like it. 👌🏻👍🏻
Tournaments are out of hand
I played one game in the tournament this morning and only used one bird and the "opponent" uses one and he gets 1.9 million while I get 1.1 million for the same strike because how eles could he get that and his number was just one higher than me. I'm guessing because I'm in the diamond league and the game cheats you forcing you to use 3 extra cards every time but that's just unfair and does not want me to come back and play this game. It makes crapy and un fun.
This is my first time playing this game and I enjoy it, just some things need to be improved, this live system is ridiculous, I can play temple run as much as I can with out ad or money to pay for lives. Makes me think rovio is greedy and doesn't care about the consumer because they made a lot of money already so where do they draw line. Further the arena is so much against real people it's just against a score someone made some time ago. Only 100 level designs and 880 levels.
Good visual, but limited drawback
Angry Birds 2 offers a ramped up visual pig bashing experience. The game offers three main modes of play, general, daily contest, and arena. The split up is nice to offer different types of play. The trouble with the games, however, is the drawback. Once the graphic novelty has worn off, there is little reason to continue mindlessly progressing through whatever mode.
The game is clearly designed to make money. Create a bunch of easy levels, then stick in a hard one to make people want to buy cheats. The daily challenge suffers from this. The first two parts are so simple and the third much much harder. If you have patience, you don't have to spend a dime, and you can have fun for a bit. If you lack will power, run away from this game.
Arena is interesting for a while but then your progress is determined based on how much time you are willing to spend playing the game, and likely paying for arena admission.
There is little draw after a couple weeks. You progress in the game, without actually having any way to know or tell you are progressing. Sure, you game scores go up, but the scores mean nothing. So play the game, be patient, save your money, and be ready to quit when it stops being fun and becomes more like a commitment.
