Popping error message and other problems...
Every time time that I use is popping an error message since I made the up date, and also every time I use the ShopRunner payment it says that item is out of stock, and when I look for there’s no item item out of stock. You most fix these two errors ASAP.. and payment of of these accoun with my bake is com with error msg, the problem is not my bank is this application that most be fixed!!! And when I ítems in the cart in this app it doesn’t appears these items when I go to the online in my computer or even to the online in my cellphone... you gotta fixed these errores because it’s getting worst the use of this app!!!
App cancelled my use of my account
I downloaded app in February and I made a payment on the app in late Feb and early March. Both were returned. The way they configured it to be sent to my bank, the payment got returned. I know it’s not my bank as I made a check payment in the store earlier in Feb and it was accepted but it is the same checking account.
I actually didn’t realize this till last evening when I was shopping at an Ann Taylor store. My card was declined. They called customer service and they said because my last two payments were returned, I’ve lost use of my account for the next 90 days. Oh boy!
Not sure what happened but before it showed my MasterCard account and now it doesn’t. It only shows the in-store account. I know I made charges to my MasterCard account but it doesn’t show. And to top it off, my reward disappeared. And this app doesn’t have Touch ID. Useless and sad.
