It is a clinical hypnosis method that can directly connect to the subconscious and allieviate and ultimitely allow you to be free from these troubles.
Hypnosis is more than a method of relaxation, and the audio recordings contain subliminal signals that speak to the subconsious with powerful effect. We do not advocate background music, and recommend a quiet and safe environment where you will not be distrubed. The audio lasts for about half an hour, but once you have learned the technique of self hypnosis, you can use the technique for just fifteen minutes, as often as required. Very nice and helpful
This is concise, helpful, the right words, flow, basic orientation of what we need to stop and think about, improve and carry on. Other apps are boring, too much unnecessary time and voice dragging. This is different and clear. There is a bit accent, but nothing that gets in the way, it is smooth, realistic, awesome.
This is good for children, speaks well to them as well. On this note,the only thing i would suggest, is not mention alcohol and so on addictions along the session. It is just mentioned in the passing, if it was not there (even though I understand it is mentioned with a purpose), it would make it even better for all age groups and cleaner, which is what i like very much about this app. I will pay the extra money to have just the session without instructions. They R helpful, but can be skipped after several times doing this, paying is a pleasure to be able to skip. Great job and thank you. I would love a similar one geared towards children, as true as this, they are more straightforward and this would help them a lot, it would help parents a lot. Other apps might be good for kids, but too boring, they wont do them again. This guy gets to the point and would help more age groups. They need such truthful direction, push and motivation as a gentle wake and change. Thanks again.
I am a self-professed worrywart, get all tense and uptight about things that just shouldn't be an issue. This app is very helpful, from walking me through the process of making myself relax and teaching my body how it feels to be relaxed, to the positive effects of the hypnosis on my subconscious. I literally can tell that the anxiety signals don't start going off in an instant like they did before I started listening to this app. I've been listening to it off and on for about 2 months now and can really notice that I'm generally calmer and more relaxed. I love Donald's voice! My new mantra is ... "Calm and Relaxed ... Calm and Relaxed". If you're serious about making changes to reduce your anxiety levels, this app can really help. Highly recommend it. Also, it's worth paying the 99 cents to be able to skip the intro. And yes, there are some "technical" slips like oranges on bushes, but you have to focus on the point of the app and not be so critical. (Listen to Donald's suggestions about being kind ...)

If you're reading this then that means you must be considering whether or not to get this free app and try it out. Here's your sign: YES, DO IT.
I would ignore the few negative reviews because it really is true that this app will only be helpful if you already have your mind set that you truly want to be relaxed and calmed down. There are no tricks and no gimmicks. I just used it myself for the first time and came out of it smiling and not knowing what happened to the past 20 mins. After maybe 5 mins or so I literally just blanked out (in a very good way!!!) and don't remember what happened. I just felt far more de-stressed and in control. Kind of like a really good massage where you clonk out then come to not knowing what happened?)
I'm going to do it every day!
