The app just feels peaceful and I found it interesting she added the little games to help you relax and chill out when you need to. I really love this app and it honestly helps more than I can express.

I've been suffering for years, going through website after website and article after article trying to find something my mind didn't immediately go "Oh yeah right. Like that's anything that's gonna help pffft." But instead with the apps peaceful flow and design it worked. For the first time in 5 years it worked and I highly recommend it to anyone even thinking they might have even the slightest problem :)

I was just having a panic attack while i was going through snapchat and saw this app mentioned. I was desperate to calm down so I downloaded it then read about anxiety and panic attacks and how to calm down and i started to calm down a lot. This really helped me and I’ll be sure to look to it to remember what to do when im having an attack. Thank you.
