NOTE: It is not possible to change the system-font on your device with AnyFont. With AnyFont you can install additional fonts on your device which can then be used by other apps which make use of the device's font book.
NOTE II: Some fonts using Cyrillic or Asian characters are not supported by this way of installing fonts.
NOTE III: You don't have to purchase the optional font bundle to use AnyFont. You can always add your own fonts to install them on your device.
What's New in Version 2.1
Thanks for buying AnyFont! If you like this update, please leave a positive rating or review on the App Store.
Just installed and it still works fine
Just installed AnyFont to get additional fonts for OmniOutliner. I was concerned about some recent negative reviews, but it still works fine.
The tutorial shows installing multiple fonts using Dropbox and the application extension. While I don't use Dropbox any longer, the install process works just as well with iCloud Drive as long as you zip it first then open the zip file on your iOS device. You need to then send each font one by one to AnyFont.
I could not get it to work with OneDrive because OneDrive does not seem to support extensions for font files. I suspect that other file and mail apps might have the same problem. Since iCloud Drive is installed and works for everyone, that may be the best option.
Worked for me with Pages
I wanted to use the same fonts on Pages in iOS as I do in Pages on the Mac. Was a little concerned about this app after reading recent reviews. However, I installed it, followed the instructions and loaded my first font. Showed up just fine in Pages on my iPhone. Good app. Recommended if you need it.
I’ve been searching for a way to install non-system fonts. This is exactly what I was looking for! I even purchased the additional bundle of fonts because now I can add so much for style to my work!
